"Sascha is an experienced
athlete who is fully dedicated and committed to achieving excellence
at the highest level. Under the guidance of his coach and the support
of the British Disability Programme, Sascha leaves no stone unturned
with his preparations and whilst being a World Record holder and
Paralympic Champion, he strives for continued improvement to ensure
that he is in the best position to achieve personal best performances.
Sascha will be competing in his fourth Paralympic
Games and is aiming to win a third consecutive Gold medal in two
events. Sascha always has a positive influence within the team and
always finds the time to mentor younger athletes."

"The Fire Fighters Charity
recently invited Sascha Kindred and his partner Nyree Lewis to the
opening of its recuperation Centre in Littlehampton, West Sussex.
We were honored when Sascha and Nyree kindly agreed to open the
centre's new swimming pool.
It was their attendance on the day that really
made the event a success. Mingling with guests and Charity beneficiaries
alike, both Sascha and Nyree brought along their medals, and took
time out to chat to all those visiting the centre, making the day
memorable for all. We can not thank them enough for their support." |

“We booked Sascha Kindred
as a guest speaker for the Hopwood Hall College FE Awards Ceremony
that took place at Rochdale Town Hall on 27th November 2008. Guests
were thrilled by Sascha’s speech, which was both interesting
and entertaining. Tales about his time as a college student and
his experiences in Bejing were funny and inspiring.
We felt that Sascha added sparkle to the event and made the
night extra special for our young people. He has a warm and delightful
personality which shone though as he happily posed for photographs
after the ceremony. We were honoured to have Sascha and also his
lovely fiancée Nyree Lewis with us on the evening. Hopwood
Hall College is very proud indeed to have Sascha Kindred amongst
its alumni.” |

"Sascha attended our Adult Awards evening to present certificates and speak about his experiences. The evening was a huge success and this was due to his very professional yet informal approach. Sascha's speech was very inspiring, he included just the right amount of material to keep the audience completely engaged – the content was inspirational, motivational and his sense of humour appealed to everyone. We are already considering inviting him again to attend one of our Prize Giving events.”

"Sascha and his partner Nyree Lewis attended the Sussex Parallel Youth Games 2009 as sporting champions to help inspire and motivate all the participants to continue to play and compete in sport.
Sascha gave a fantastic speech at the Opening Ceremony to over 400 people capturing everyone's attention with both humorous and moving stories of his experiences in sport as an elite athlete and revealing the awe inspiring Beijng Paralympic Gold Medal!
Sascha and Nyree interacted brilliantly with both the students and the VIPs and were happy to help present and award (hundred's!) of medals and trophies. After the event students were queuing for autographs and to see the amazing paralympic medal! We hope to invite Sascha and Nyree to many of our future events and would like to thank them both for adding such a special element to our 2009 Games.” |

“It was an honour to have an athlete with such a high caliber as Sascha to support our event. Sascha was great to work with and all our athletes, parents and organisers alike were memorised by his experiences and inspired by his dedication and commitment to succeed, we would certainly have no problem requesting his services again”. |
